Can you manufacture custom sizes?
Yes. Custom manufacturing is one of our specialties.
We can produce pallets, crates, boxes, spools, and hose reels in virtually any size. Our equipment can be configured to manufacture products according to your particular dimensions and specifications.

What materials are your pallets made from?
We commonly manufacture pallets from hardwood such as oak. Pine and other softwoods are also available when requested.
If you have a preferred wood species or material specification, include it with your quote request. We can also discuss which material may be appropriate for your application.
Do you manufacture heavy-duty corrugated boxes?
Yes. We can provide corrugated cardboard boxes in custom sizes, thicknesses, and specifications.

What are your plastic spools and hose reels made from?

Do you have a minimum order?
Many of our products are available without a minimum-order requirement.

Can you handle large production orders?

How long will my order take?
We generally strive to ship within five business days. Some orders may be completed sooner, while custom sizes, special materials, large quantities, or detailed specifications may require additional production time.

HEAT TREATMENT AND GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS
Do you provide heat-treated pallets and crates?
Yes. Central Packing operates its own state-of-the-art heat-treating kiln.
In-house heat treating allows us to maintain control over quality, scheduling, and costs. Let us know if your pallets or crates will be used for international shipping or another application requiring heat treatment.
Can you provide products for overseas shipping?
Yes. Central Packing serves customers shipping products around the world.
Heat-treated wood pallets and crates are available for qualifying international shipping requirements. We can also discuss packaging and transportation considerations for your destination.
Because requirements may vary by product and destination, include all applicable specifications when requesting your quote.
Do your products meet government specifications?
Central Packing manufactures products for government customers and businesses serving government contractors.
We can manufacture pallets, crates, boxes, plastic spools, and hose reels according to applicable customer-provided or government specifications. Please include the complete specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and delivery instructions with your request.

Do you deliver your products?
Yes. Central Packing operates a fleet of trucks and has intermodal freight capabilities.
We can coordinate delivery nearby, across the United States, or around the world, depending on the product, quantity, destination, and transportation requirements.
Can Central Packing transport freight other than its own products?
Central Packing transports pallets, crates, spools, boxes, and many other properly prepared products and materials.
